When I called to wish Justina Shih a happy birthday, it seemed to take a little while to set in. She later told me that this was the first time in years that she hadn’t been on set or on the road with me on this day, and actually had time to respond to all her friends’ and loved ones’ wishes. She said she didn’t how to feel about it🙈
True friends are hard to find, but ones this fiercely loyal and selfless are true unicorns. With that, I want to wish my manager and best friend the happiest of birthdays, and a year where the world can truly see you for the kick-ass super-hero you are 🦸♀️🏆🎂
